Telepathy/mind reading/empathy: Yes definitely.
Healing: Sorry Ammy doesn't have healing properties but she can provide water or crudely cauterize wounds if necessary.
Medical Info: Because of her nature, Ammy is near-immortal. This means when she's hurt, her wounds automatically heal or she can use an item to help it along. It also means she doesn't stay dead even in canon.
So far she has no scars from the Box.
☀ permissionsONE: Amaterasu is a goddess but isn't always recognizable as one. To people who don't believe in gods/spirits/supernatural she appears as a white wolf or if they can't tell the difference a dog.
For those that do believe in such things, she will appear as her usual self. Complete with crimson markings across her fur, swirling fur coming off her shoulders and (eventually) her Celestial Weapon on her back.
For those who are unsure or have the ability to see souls, she'll appear different to both. To those who aren't sure they may see faint crimson marks or red smudges maybe but not anything else. For those who see souls, prepare to be blinded because Ammy is pure white, bright and powerful.
TWO: She's a wolf so she has a very good nose which means she will associate certain smells with your character. Obviously the Box doesn't have a lot of opportunity for luxurious things but she could potentially track someone if necessary. It also allows her to sniff out non-humans, granted she not might know what they are but she'll be able to figure out that they aren't human at least.
THREE: Ammy actually can't talk unlike the brushstroke gods in her world. Mostly she relied on her envoy, Issun, to do all of the talking for her but she doesn't have that at the moment. So unless your muse has the ability to talk to animals, chances are they'll hear nothing but silence.

Ammy's appearance: Clementine's the only one who might see her as anything but a dog - she doesn't necessarily believe in gods of any kind, but she's got a super open mind and is a kid so.
Scent/Tracking: Tracking's okay on all of mine! Clementine smells like her housemates (Duck and Damian Wayne), a little like mildew and the other kinds of water damage a house might see, and like your expected soap/etc. Shepard smells like firearms (though her regular ones don't use gunpowder, many of her Box arsenal additions do), a little like stale air if she's been downstairs in the Fallout Shelter lately, and like whatever space-material her armor is made of, since she spends a lot of time in that. Sally... is currently a ghost, it happens every few months, so she smells like she doesn't exist right now. Usually, though, she smells expectedly feminine, with soap and scents and all that (she keeps on top of that shit). Although as time goes on, she smells more and more like bad meat. She's kind of... rotting. It's a condition. She'd rather not talk about it.
Animal Communication: Nope, none.

Ammy's appearance: Full marks. Kyoko is fairly religious and the Puella Magi system certainly lends itself towards confirming the existence of souls and the supernatural.
Scent/Tracking: Tracking's cool! Kyoko will smell a bit like Czeslaw Meyer, who she shares a room with, and soap and shampoo (probably something more floral when she can find them.) She also smells strongly of confectioneries and sweets. Kyoko constantly carries sweets on her and is even more constantly consuming them.
Animal Communication: Nope! Ammy's just going to be a normal pup to her.
Anything Else? Two things that I want to bring up just in case! I'm guessing that Kyoko would register as human on Ammy's radar, since she still has a functioning human body, but her soul is detached from her body--it's contained by the appropriately named Soul Gem that she carries around! The second is just a reversal of the tracking question, since this is always a little touchier with gods and the like: Does Ammy have a magical signature that Kyoko would be able to sense?

Ammy's appearance: Probably partial! Czes is used to some degree of the supernatural, and not going to deny what's in front of him, but he's an athiest and skeptic as a rule when it comes to gods.
Scent/Tracking: Czes smells like books and chemicals. She could probably also pick up the people he lives with (Kyoko, Ennis, Firo, soon Rail). Tracking is absolutely fine!
Animal Communication: nada
Anything Else? Czes is an immortal and will similarly regenerate from any wound, including death. This isn't likely to be immediately detectable, but could have interesting parallels, and if he sees her regenerate, he'll take an interest.

Ammy's appearance: No marks. She vehemently doesn't believe in god from her own world, but she understands that different worlds contain different rules by this point. She won't believe Ammy's one unless given proof.
Scent/Tracking: Electronics, grease, metal, hunting gear, sometimes lake-damp clothing, often a hint of something weird and icy. Tracking is fine.
Animal Communication: No, Jo's a regular human.
Anything Else? Only thing that might mark Jo as different is the fact that she's been given something called a Mote by her ice alien partner, which looks sort of like a small glowing ball of spiky light. I'm not sure if this would have a smell, but maybe to a god it would smell like Glacius' soul??? If that's the case I would imagine that it would still smell about as much as a pure freezing cold day, which I suspect can't smell much at all!
Your permissions post: Jo has none! I have an NPC named the Biomatrix that I will trot around pretty soon who has quite a few requests/talking points that would need to be settled first, but I'll letcha know if that's a thing!

Ammy's appearance: Link is not a supernatural being so he wouldn't see her in all her radiance but he is religious, as most of his people are. He has bitter thoughts about deities sometimes (and feels badly about that) but when a Goddess literally descends from the heavens to give you a sword, well, it's hard not to believe. With Hylians it's pretty much understood that the gods and the sacred spirits are out there.
Scent/Tracking: He smells like the woods normally, sometimes sweat and grime on top of that. His scent might be different from a non-Hylian's to a wolf. While Hylians are considered human they have magic flowing in their veins. That's got to smell like something (I always imagine magic to smell like overheated metal but I don't think the Zelda games have ever gotten into this detail).
Animal Communication: Most Links have strong animal empathy so this one is probably no different. However, he cannot just talk to animals (except for when he can, but let's say he can't). He is telepathic, however! While he cannot currently send messages with his mind he is super receptive to them and can understand them. Being able to hear "whispers of gods" is why his people have long ears.
Anything Else? Let me know if you need any more information about anything. The franchise I'm playing from is big and confusing.

Scent/Tracking: Natsume will smell very, very good to her and she'd be able to track him rather easily. Kid well...who knows?
Animal Communication: Natsume's best friend/mentor/ bodyguard looks a loooot like her. Kaito uh..no not really?
Anything Else? Natsume carries with him a book full of the names of a lot of spirits. It's likely she would take notice of this stupidly powerful thing he's carrying.

Scent/Tracking: Ichigo smells...well, like a guy. So the normal sweat/soap kind of scent, really.
Animal Communication: SADLY, Ichigo does not have this. He might be able to tell her emotions through her soul, but. Otherwise, that's it.
Anything Else? There IS that whole "son of a shinigami/quincy" thing Ichigo has going on, even if only the teeniest bit of his powers have woken up. She might be able to pick up that Ichigo's heavily steeped in the supernatural, even if he isn't anywhere near that anymore.

Ammy's appearance: Neither of my characters can see souls, but Amal is somewhat religious and Karkat has no choice but to believe in certain gods. Both will see her markings.
Scent/Tracking: Amal would be easy to track. He works in the clinic and to someone with a sharp nose, he carries the sort of smell you'd expect from someone who deals in blood and medicine.
Karkat's scent is distinctive because he's not human. To Ammy he might smell sort of insectile?
Animal Communication: Neither of them can. :V

Ammy's appearance: Shiro is a normal human, but he knows gods and such are real, so he'd see her true form. Kon also knows gods are real, so he would see her true form, but at the same time he can also sense souls? Not 'see' them really, it's more of a sixth sense kind of thing. Would he get the feeling that she's really powerful?
Scent/Tracking: Shiro: He smells like a weird combination of cigarette smoke and dried plants (like herbs and such), sometimes with the lingering odor of booze mixed in.
Kon: Currently he smells a little crispy, since his clothes got singed fighting the fires and he hasn't been able to replace them yet. But normally he smells like what you would expect in the box: dirt, wood, and whatever soap he can find.
For both, it's okay to track them.
Animal Communication: Neither of mine can speak to animals, but Shiro is used to having to communicate with intelligent, nonverbal animals, so he's pretty good at reading body language? So even if he can't understand her words, he might be able to pick up on the general emotion she's feeling.
Anything Else? Kon is an artificial soul inhabiting a real body. Like, he was literally made in a laboratory rather than being born. Ammy would probably be able to pick up on that.

Ammy's appearance: Partial marks for now, I think! Maybe at first he's like "oh its a cute dog" but then he's all "wait why does that dog have red streaks wait what's going on?" He comes from normal Earth, so he naturally doesn't really believe in spirits or mystical things, but he's also aware that he's not in Kansas anymore and he'd sort of like them to be real, so.
Scent/Tracking: Simple soap/shaving cream, probably sweat cause he works hard for the money, and the smell of electronic devices. (My plurk decided that electronics do indeed have a smell.)
Animal Communication: NOPE :|b But it's cool cause Cooper doesn't talk either so they'll just have to play charades.

Ammy's appearance: Full markings, gods and supernatural stuff are common in Maka's world. Maka also can see souls, and I'm currently kind of piggybacking off of Ichigo's permissions post for that info.
Scent/Tracking: Tracking is fine! Maka generally just kind of smells like normal-human-who-needs-a-bath, but she also smells more like metal than a normal human would, because she can transform into a scythe.

Ammy's appearance: He's casually atheist, so she looks like a wolf to him, but he's been introduced to the idea of monsters here in the Box. Ancient Japanese wolf/sun goddess isn't too far a stretch from that. XD He does believe firmly in magic!
Scent/Tracking: Tracking is A-Okay! He generally smells a little dirty or like the sea (he likes to swim/fish/wade in the water at Southtown beach). Slight faded overtones of gasoline, metal, and a little bit of magic (hot and thick and spicy). Oh and he lives with a dead vampire girl so he might smell a bit like her by association.
Animal Communication: He can't talk to animals, but he does have some sort of magic compatibility to him: he was bonded magically to a giant metal dragon powered by magic. So if she was really pushing at him, he might, like, turn left if she said turn left but it'll be a subconscious thing.
(The one book goes into no detail beyond "I need your blood to break the bond between you and her" - but later in the series others with the correct "aptitude" are gifted telepathic metal dragons. One of those was his former teammate. So it's reasonably safe to say he's got something a little magically-inclined about him, most likely wholly latent and unconscious.)
Anything Else? Rook likes animals and is fairly accepting of magic and that things that don't look human can still be people. He might be cautious about her being magical but it's doubtful he'll ever be afraid of Ammy even he figures out she's a god.

Scent/Tracking: What does your character generally smell like and is tracking okay?
Animal Communication: He can! Well, more specifically he can hear the inner thoughts of demons and other high-level entities that can't speak aloud for themselves. It's less so with actual animals (cats, dogs, etc) but with them he can sort of glean general feelings and the like. He's actually very good with animals and most creatures and has been shown making lesser demons back off from him via his power and status as the son of Satan. SO YEAH have fun with that Ammy.
Anything Else? Fun fact! In another game ages ago, Rin actually got one of Ammy's paint brush abilities during a major event. So I'm super stoked to have more Ammy CR in another game x3
Also Rin can kind of "sense" when something isn't fully normal (fully human, fully domestic or wild animal, yadda yadda) so he'll be able to tell pretty quick that Ammy is something more than just a wolf with strange markings. And Ammy is more than welcome to tell he's not 100% human, too. Son of Satan though he may be he's proven to many that he's far kinder than most would expect a demon to be.

Ahhh if the manga is anything to go back breaking = death or at least that's the hint. Cracking just means oops way more demonic and out of control the worse it is.
But then again there may be ways for the techs to keep him alive with the blade broken until it can be repaired, too. Especially since there's only one Kurikara.

Ammy's appearance: Despite his belief that the church system of his world is corrupt and doesn't follow it all that much anymore, he was still raised as a priest in an abbey and has some faith in him even if he won't say it such as believing in the Goddess of his world. So for simplicity's sake, I'll say he can see her full markings/true form.
Scent/Tracking: He generally smells like perfumes or colognes or nicely scented flowers, whatever he can get his hands on to smell nice.
Animal Communication: While he can't speak to animals per say, he was able to speak with a Goddess-like bird in his world named Empyrea despite her never moving her beak to physically talk. So I'd assume she spoke with him telepathically, but we can discuss this further if you'd like.
Anything Else? Angelo has the ability to "sense" evil beings (but it's very vague even in game, so if you need an explanation I can try and further explain) and when something is not human such as when he met an elf by the name of Raya, he was able to tell she was different from other people just from her pheromones. I know that sounds odd, but it's an ability.

It's not brought up in the anime outside of Yoshikuni mentioning the whole demon heart thing. It's Mephisto who says it to him in the manga outright though.

Ammy's appearance: Full marks. There actually isn't much on Ib's background outside of the events of her canon (which mainly takes place in a museum), but after her experience in the Fabricated World, I'd say she most likely believes in the supernatural.
Scent/Tracking: Tracking is fine. Ib smells like roses and perhaps a little bit like paint/crayons/chalk. Over time, she'll probably start to smell like her housemates in House 44.

Anything Else? Ib's soul is connected to the red rose that she's always carrying around (most of the time. If not, then that's probably bad news!) Ammy might be able to pick up that the rose and Ib are pretty much the same.

Ammy's appearance: Pony doesn't have the ability to see souls or anything of the sort, but he has beliefs. From his canon, some people believe that there's an entity called the Phoenix Witch, who guides the souls of the departed to the afterlife. Pony is one of the people who share that belief. I think he should be able to, at least, see partial markings, if not full markings.
Scent/Tracking: As far as people he hangs out with, he'll smell like Cherri Cola, and also Cherri's pets, his dog Fantasma and his octocat Sonar. He might also smell faintly like burnt, because of the ray gun he carries. And they live in the boardwalk, so there might be a faint smell of sand or the ocean. Tracking is completely fine!
Animal Communication: He doesn't have any sort of ability like this.
